I’m a mindset, fitness, and lifestyle coach who knows your struggles.

I know what you’re thinking…

You’re looking at my picture, and thinking, “Oh look… another typical fitness guru. Fit body. Flat abs. Defined muscles. Confidence for days. There’s no way she’s ever hated looking at herself in a mirror.”

I get it. And if I were you, I’d probably think the same thing, too.

But the truth is, behind this glossy headshot is someone who knows exactly what you’re going through. Because I’ve been there.

I know what it’s like to be 90+ pounds overweight, trying program after program with no real success.

I know how it feels to dread beach days and pool days with my family, because that means wearing a swimsuit. If I can even find one to squeeze into.

I know the shame that comes with making bad decisions and failing to keep my promises to myself.

I know the frustration and overwhelm of feeling stuck, uncertain, and without direction.

But I also know it’s possible to break free of the things holding you back from loving yourself, changing your body, and creating a future self you can be proud of every single day.

I’ll teach you the practical, powerful, and proven formula to:

N

Train your brain.

N

Change your body.

N

Transform your life.

The tough stuff is what shapes us.

As a kid, people called me “Piglet.”
I joined Weight Watchers as a teenager.

If you would’ve told me back then I’d become a health and wellness coach, I would’ve laughed in your face

But just because something seems impossible doesn’t mean it is.

Losing 90+ pounds and keeping it off seemed impossible. It wasn’t.
Forgiving myself for giving up a child for adoption seemed impossible. It wasn’t.
Surviving a 8+ year battle with stage 4 cancer seemed impossible. It wasn’t.
Recovering from a marriage-ending affair seemed impossible. It wasn’t.

Whatever you’re facing… you can overcome it.
You can have the life you want.
I’d be so honored to help you get there.

I can’t wait to share your transformation.

Six months ago I decided to make a change… to embark on a journey that I did not know where it would lead. I changed my eating habits, my job, I decided to put ME first. And still make time for my family and friends. I had to let go and put trust in complete strangers, some I’ve never met but hope to one day. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next 6 months.

I actually wore a bikini for the first time since our honeymoon 15 years ago! I am learning to love each phase of this journey each step of the way and 100% know this is a lifestyle for me. My mindset has completely changed the last year. I am happy and healthy both physically and mentally. Ready to rock my 40’s!
